Undercover Big Girl Lover

OK... i might step on some toes with this one...

I don't know if this has been addressed in any of the topics discussed before but here goes...

Ladies, what do you think of guys that are undercover big girl lovers? What I mean by this is... he tells you he wants to be with you, yet he denies you in public. He doesn't really want to be seen with you in public, but he is all over you while in the confines of your/his home. He has established with you that you are his girl/woman, but he introduces you to other people as a friend... Basically he is an undercover big girl lover and he doesn't want anyone that he thinks may "judge" him to know... Fellas, I know this is a topic geared towards responses from ladies, but feel free to chime in... I'm sure that you guys have some great insight to add...

I have been there, done that, and wrote a book on it. I had a guy I messed with for about 5 years on and off in my early twenties (before I learned to love myself). He was mean, rude, and obnoxious. I never met any of his friends or his family. He did so much rank shit to me I ask myself to this day "What in the hell were you thinking?" I stopped dealing with him when he tried to steal something of mine and then tried to jump on me when I went flip mode on his ass. In retaliation he told me that he never introduced me to any of his peeps because he was ashamed to be seen with me. Now that I am older that shit does NOT fly with me. My motto is if I can please you in the bedroom you can walk down the street with me holding my hand and your head up high. Unfortunately some women don't learn to love themselves enough to realize that this kind of treatment is unacceptable. And while reading some of the replies I recall one sista saying how in the industry some of the men are "undercover big girl lovers" and its sooo true. Even D'angelo broke up with Angie Stone because of him listening to his friends and his people and look at his ass now. But I just think that all women need to learn to love themselves no matter what.

Men who do this are more insecure than anything. If he can't treat you the same in public as he do behind closed doors than shut his ass down. Get with a guy that can appreciatte you no matter where you are

when I was young and insecure I dealt with someone like that, he adored me in private and ignored me in public... men like this are spineless cowards! It has been a while since I have encountered someone like that, thank God. If I get any inclination that someone is ashamed to be seen with me then there is no more us. At this point, I would not be able to share myself with someone who thinks so low of me...
